Sitting and forgetting

Simply sit and forget everything. What remains?

  • Place the body in a still, safe and comfortable position if possible.
  • In a relaxed manner just forget whatever the mind rests on, past, present or future.
  • When movement of mind is detected, forget whatever is the cause of the movement, and forget the movement itself as well.
  • Sit and forget everything.
