Don’t bother

Cultivating freedom from reactivity.

  • Begin by noticing one or all of the senses in a light, relaxed way.
    • Included in this, also noticing thoughts when they naturally occur and cease.
  • Simply practice not acting or moving the mind in relation to occurring thought. When thoughts show up, don’t bother with them, let them simply occur and liberate themselves without intervention.
